A new company C4 outdoors has come up with a new tanning solution that my one trial looks like it works quite well.
The degreaser (first step) is really what? Looks like dish soap
The neutralizer (last step) is really what?

Any ideas?

Degreaser can be either a soap.or a solvent like naphtha.
Neutraliser can be either baking soda to neutralise acid or boric acid to neutralize a base(alkali).Neutralising an alkali like lime in a hide from de hairing is called bating.

Has anyone tried or heard of TSP as a degreaser? Considering trying it on beavers. Can a soap be too harsh and damage the leather/fur?

Ignore the previous question, found out from another forum that TSP is not a good idea as the PH is way too high.
