I used lutan dk for tanning and it worked very well. I can no longer find it. The supplier I had got it from before possibly could be out of business because I can't get a hold of them. Does anyone know where I could buy some?

I've used lutan f too and I agree that it is a hit and miss. Lutan dk is totally different and does an excellent job.

What do you mean by hit or miss?
I am preparing to use Lutan F on a few coon in the next day or so. I've never used it before. I used Rittels EZ- 100 tanning kit last year with good results. A lot of taxidermy guys seem to like Lutan F , so I thought I would try it instead this year.

Been a while since this was active . But hit and miss is excellent tan this time and crappy next. Take the same crappy tanned one repickle and tan again great outcome. Next time try it twice with no luck. Hinds turned brown and tore was easy. Not sure what i was doing wrong . But was following the directions.
