I'm preparing study skins for our local university of accidental marten taken over the years. Some have been in freezers since 2009 and possibly longer. I've read that injecting propylene glycol into the hide will relax freezer-burnt feet, heads and tails so that they can be skinned. I think I even heard one guy say he used auto windshield wash for this. Does anyone have any info on this?
Thanks
