My pm folder is full and my new messages will not open.How do i get room in my folder to except the new messages?

at the bottom of the page under the messages there is a thing that says
mark/unmarked as important click that and a delete option will come up and click that and then there is 2 ok buttons at the bottom press the one right below it

You have to delete some old messages.
then click open folder or something like that at the top,where it says folder is full,

1. Click where it says New Messages at the top of the page right under the Canadian Trapper Emblem and all you messages will appear.

2. Click the boxes on the right under MARK for the messages you want to delete.

3. At the bottom of that it says Mark / Unmark, click the little arrow and then select Delete Marked, then click the Go button.

4. That will delete the messages you want to delete. I will ask you for confirmation also.

You can repeat that procedure and check the boxes of messages you want to save. Only at step 3 you select Move Marked to Saved Messages. That will save the messages in another folder found on the left.
