try tandy leather!
I bought a complete cow hide at Tandy in Saskatoon at there yearly sale in April it was 4 oz. weight and polished one side and was$60 dollars.
I also bought sheep skins fur on for $29 another great deal.
Try your local Tandy leather shop!
Used the sheep skins to line the beaver mitts the wife makes.They are warm !!!!!
If anyone wants to try pair for a price (seams to me about half what everone else is charging right now).
